Andrea’s background is rooted in a wholesome mid-western upbringing which eventually led her to California. She began her insurance career in 2002 as a recent college graduate majoring in psychology and business administration from San Jose State University.

She blends her time with the responsibilities of executive management and the development of customer accounts, primarily serving Employee Benefits for business organizations, as well as their Property and Casualty exposures. She has especially strong expertise in human resources which aids her well in designing client-tailored insurance programs to align her personal philosophy of superior account service to that of Micheletti Insurance Services to provide clients with the broadest range of alternatives choosing the right strategies to best meet their needs. To facilitate this process, Andrea maintains a thorough knowledge of insurance; and stays up on developing industry trends, HR compliance, regulatory and legislative changes to assist her clients.

With an appeal for a more flexible, client-oriented environment stressing personal attention to client needs, she enjoys being closely involved in the design and servicing of client insurance, self-insurance and risk management programs.

Andrea is very active within the community and is currently a member of non-profit boards and leadership groups.
